So what has gone wrong?

Genesis 1:1 ‘In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth’. The Universe that we observe is amazingly finely tuned for life.
Genesis 2:8 ‘The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden and there He put the man who He had formed’. Man created to know God, laced in Paradise, no death, disease or discord.
Genesis 3:1 ‘Has God said: “you shall not eat from every tree of the garden”? ‘ Man disobeys God. Discord, disease, decay and death result.

So what is the answer?

God gives a promise of a coming deliverer, someone who born of a woman (human) yet will conquer evil. Jesus Christ does and says things that only God can do: creates, controls nature, heals disease, gives life.
‘Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures…He was buried and He rose again the third day’ 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 Man’s sin demands a punishment. Man’s greatest enemy death needs to be conquered. Done when Jesus came of the grave.

So what?

Christianity is an invitation from God the intelligent designer to be reconciled to Him. To turn from the wrong things in your life and to live the way that God designed you, to believe and follow Jesus Christ
