Bill

Hi my name is Bill and I’m married to Christine.

 

I first came to Dovecot Church in 1964 when it was part of the Liverpool City Mission. I believe I was influenced by all that I saw and heard in Sunday School and the youth group. However, I walked away from these things in my teenage years and stopped going to church.

 

Later in life when I was married and had 3 children, I came to feel the truth and force of all that I had heard in my early years back at Dovecot Sunday School. I felt that God was calling me back to Himself, and I started attending Dovecot Church again. It was then that I became a Christian and I have been grateful ever since that God died in my place and gave His Son that I might live.
